Lot 705 18HG-11 DOUBLE PERC
Wm. Moore & Co. percussion double barrel hammer shotgun, 12 gauge, Serial #NSNV. The shotgun is in good overall condition with 30” barrels with a full-length rib and steel bead front sight. The barrels show asignificant amount of muted blue finish with the remainder going to plum patina and are marked, “CAST STEEL” along the rib. The action and side plates are a brown patina. The smooth wood stock is in good conditionwith small mars, a blank escutcheon plate and a smooth steel butt plate providing a 14 ¼” LOP to the front trigger. The bores are fair, the action functions and the markings are legible. Est.: $150-$300. (Antique).
